At Alka Fashions, we are committed to delivering premium quality products.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return process.

 

Return Window:

India: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

International Orders: Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement for Returns

To ensure a fair evaluation, an unboxing video is mandatory:

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened

It should clearly show the package condition, product, and issue

Returns will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video

 

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns only if:

The item is damaged or defective

The product received is significantly different from what was described or shown

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products

Sarees with stitched blouses

Pre-draped sarees

Sarees with fall/pico already done

Bridal wear

Return Charges

India: Free pickup is provided. A ₹199 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.

International Orders: A $49 return shipping/restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes a quality check

Once approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
